Operations Manager Cleaning / Facility Services Manager / Canton of Vaud 100%- Implement ISS strategy and objectives
- Be the primary contact for clients
- Lead and coordinate all Facility Services activities on behalf of our clients
- Ensure compliance with standards and guidelines defined by clients
- Manage operational and financial aspects of service delivery (updating reports, controlling and managing budgets, etc.)
- Monitor performance: KPIs related to sales, revenue and growth targets in the region, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and adapt procedures and work processes
- Responsible for personnel management and supervision (scheduling, appraisals, recruitment, training, etc.)
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Business development for the Vallée de Joux and representation at local events, taking into account regional specificities
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in a similar role in Facility Services / Management
- Strong managerial skills (leadership, adaptability, emotional intelligence)
- Excellent skills in managing soft services (Cleaning)
- Strong client and solution orientation
- Comfortable planning and managing multiple assignments simultaneously
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills and ability to work in a team
- Initiative, availability and autonomy, with good stress resistance
- Proficiency in spoken and written French
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT tools
- Driving licence required
