Maintenance Specialist (Facility Services) 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You are jointly responsible with the team for the garden and grounds maintenance of our properties in the cantons of Obwalden, Nidwalden and Lucerne.

• Your commitment significantly contributes to reliably meeting the expectations and wishes of our customers to their full satisfaction.

• You work independently, flexibly and take on tasks both autonomously and as part of a team.

• You are proficient in the proper handling of garden machinery and equipment and consistently adhere to the applicable occupational safety regulations.

• By maintaining and caring for green spaces and hard surfaces, you make an important contribution to the preservation of value and attractiveness of our properties.

• Your working hours are Monday to Friday during the day. You work daily with a workload of 8.5 hours per day.

What do I need to be successful?

• Experience in grounds maintenance

• Driving licence min. category B (mandatory)

• Trailer test advantageous (or willingness to obtain it)

• High degree of independence, physically robust

• Enjoyment of working outdoors

• Willingness to perform winter service
