Founded in 2017 by Ludovic Michellod, LM Security has established itself as a key player in private security in French-speaking Switzerland.

We operate with individuals, companies and communities by providing varied missions: surveillance, flow management, close protection, cybersecurity and event security.

Our qualified agents, continuously trained, master the most advanced technologies, such as intelligent video surveillance or thermal drones, to offer reliable and tailored services for each situation.

To meet security requirements at sporting events, festivals, site or person surveillance, we are looking for auxiliary security agents (M/F).

Your profile

• Be Swiss nationality, holder of a C or B residence permit, or EU/EFTA national
• If you are a national of a country outside the European Union, you must have resided in Switzerland for at least 2 years
• Please provide any criminal orders, even if your criminal record is clean
• Have irreproachable morality (clean criminal record – no entries)
• Be in good physical condition
• Be available day and night, as well as weekends and public holidays
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Show discipline in following instructions
• Show discretion and respect professional secrecy
• Hold a category B driving licence or equivalent

Your missions

• Ensure access control and site surveillance (car parks, shops, construction sites, private properties, etc.)
• Detect anomalies or incidents during patrols and inform the managers
• Maintain order on sites as needed (flow management, traffic, patrols)
• Inform and guide the public or clients
• Write mission reports
