Class and annual salary (including 13th month):

Tasks:
- forest management: proposals for silvicultural and technical measures according to the principles of naturalistic forestry, collaboration in their planning and design, timber marking and measurement, supervision of work and preparation of the respective settlement report
- forest conservation: advice to users on verification and clearing, advance notices on building applications, proposals for violation reports, monitoring the actual implementation of restoration measures, checking the presence of metal cables
- management of natural hazards and forest fires: surveillance, providing own knowledge and skills, ensuring necessary forest patrols, preparing fire reports and forms related to the StoreMe cadastre
- other tasks: participation in environmental education activities related to the forest, representation within delegations and consortium assemblies, participation in internal working groups of the Forestry Section
Requirements:
- diploma from the specialized higher school (SSS) in forestry
- oral and written proficiency in Italian
- excellent knowledge and experience with conventional computer applications
- excellent knowledge of specific computer applications such as GIS, databases, etc.
- initiative and ability to work in a team
- organizational skills for own work
- willingness to work outside office hours and on patrol shifts
- ability to manage contacts positively with local authorities (Patriziati, Municipalities, Consortia) and private individuals
- preferential qualifications include:
- proven work experience in the fields mentioned above
- good spoken and written German skills
- aptitude to implement activities related to environmental education
- good knowledge of the territory of middle and upper Leventina

Employment conditions:

- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs
