At our location in Bad Zurzach, a motivated team of 14 employees is waiting to welcome you – with flexible working options such as home office after the onboarding period.
Your tasks
- Process admissions:You check and process admission documents and ensure a smooth administrative admission
- Enter patient data:You enter all relevant data into the clinical information system (M-KIS, Dynmed, RAP) and maintain patient records correctly and completely
- Cost approval & agreements:You obtain cost approvals, monitor them, and coordinate cost agreements with our patients as well as with our referrers
- Bed planning:You take on the responsible planning of approximately 500 beds across all inpatient locations
- Communication:You maintain contact with internal and external partners such as referrers, insurers, patients, and the interprofessional team
- Information management:You guide interested patients through the facility and provide competent information
- Administration:You support the team with general administrative tasks and contribute to optimizing our processes
Your profile
- Education:You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (EFZ or commercial diploma)
- Experience:You have several years of professional experience, ideally as a bed disposition clerk or in healthcare
- IT know-how:You have good user knowledge of MS Office, preferably also in RAP, DynMED, and M-KIS
- Personality:You have a pronounced talent for organization, high service orientation as well as flexibility and teamwork skills
- Communication:You convince with your clear and empathetic communication as well as your confident appearance
