Product Owner CRM (m/f/d), 80% - 100%
Your contribution to our team
As Product Owner CRM, you are the central interface between business, IT and global teams. You understand how to capture requirements from the business, structure them and translate them into concrete solutions. In doing so, you actively shape the further development of the CRM as part of an international omni-channel platform and bring your ideas into a global environment.
You ensure smooth operation, coordinate releases and tests, and together with various stakeholders, ensure that the CRM is used optimally and continuously improved. At the same time, you support the development of a strong key user community and support organisation. Additionally, you contribute to establishing best practices across country borders.
Your profile
- Completed basic training as an IT specialist or comparable further education
- Experience in the CRM field (e.g. as Product Owner or supporter / administrator)
- SAFe certification as well as further training in project management are advantageous
- Operational experience as a Product Owner
- Experience in international projects
- Independent working style with a focus on process optimisation
- Communicative, determined and team-oriented personality
- Convincing presentation skills
- Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
- Italian and French language skills are an advantage
