WHAT OUR TRAINEE PROGRAMME IS ABOUT
Our programme offers high-quality training in leadership, management and store operations, combined with practical experience and theoretical knowledge. Typically, you work and learn closely with other trainees and your mentor.

• Five modules, each lasting one week: theoretical knowledge, case studies and role plays, group work, team building and plenary discussions.
• Between modules, you will be coached and trained on the job by an assigned Store Manager mentor.
• After completing the modules, a celebration awaits you to mark the end of the programme.

The ultimate goal of the Store Manager Trainee programme is to prepare you to lead your own store in the near future.
