About the job

The association sintegrA Zurich is a social organization that has been committed for over 30 years to the social and professional integration of people with a mental impairment and operates various services in four businesses. For the Integration Measures operation, we are looking for an Integration Specialist/Job Coach starting May 1, 2026, or by agreement. In cooperation with the SVA Zurich, sintegrA Zurich offers integration programs for people who have suffered performance losses due to a mental crisis and/or impairment. The goal of the program is to enable participants to achieve a work capacity of at least 50% upon completion. Our concept foresees that already in the first months of the integration process, hourly assignments are carried out at an external training workplace in the primary labor market. Your area of responsibility • Case management with regular status meetings • Developing and continuously reviewing individual target agreements with a view to permanent employment in the primary labor market • Close cooperation with IV integration advisors, treating professionals, authorities, etc. • Documenting integration processes and writing IV reports • Acquisition of trial placements, training workplaces, and permanent positions • Coaching clients and employers at the training workplaces • Leading a competence module tailored to your education and interests Your profile • Studies in psychology, occupational therapy, social work, or equivalent education (FH or university) • Additional training or experience in career orientation and counseling is an advantage • Professional experience with people with mental performance impairments • Professional experience in labor integration as well as knowledge of the social insurance system • Committed and engaging personality with strong social, counseling, and acquisition skills • High resilience, good communication skills, and enjoyment of independent work • Negotiation skills, innovative thinking, and creative problem-solving • Willingness to contribute to a respectful, loyal, and humorous team culture We offer • Contemporary employment conditions (5 weeks vacation) • Interesting, challenging activity in an integration company • Interdisciplinary collaboration • Regular case team supervision • Work in a lively, innovative, motivated team • Opportunities for further education and development Have we sparked your interest?
