To strengthen our team, we are looking for a qualified, committed person for our branch in Baden

• You take on project management and processing, especially in our execution projects in the areas of urban and property drainage/civil engineering/district heating network construction, and support our project managers with their concept studies.
• Building and maintaining customer contacts and project acquisition in the Aargau – Limmattal region
• Collaboration with our project engineers, site managers, draftsmen and our urban drainage technology group
• Independently supporting and advising our customers
• Responsible for the further development of the business unit (financially & personnel-wise)
• You communicate transparently and actively network with various stakeholders
• Technical and organisational leadership of project teams (currently the urban drainage business unit has 6 employees)
• Content-related, scheduling and economic project responsibility
• Ensuring technical and professional quality
• Furthermore, you are a competent and professional contact for our customers
• As head of the business unit, you are part of the management team of the Baden branch and work with great energy and ideas on the strategic orientation of the department 

• You enjoy working in a team, are open, solution-oriented and act entrepreneurially
• Completed studies as a civil/environmental engineer FH/ETH or equivalent
• At least 5 years of practical professional experience in the field of urban drainage, especially in site management
• Knowledge of the relevant standards and guidelines is essential

• Interest and experience in acquiring new customers
• Experience in leading and successfully managing project teams
