The St.Gallen municipal utilities are the reliable partner for the population and economy of the city of St.Gallen as well as partly the region in the supply of energy, water and fibre optics. For the Network, Electricity and Telecom area, Department of Network Lines, we are looking for a
Network Technician Team Leader (m/f/d) 80 - 100%
This is what you will do
- Lead a fitting team of 2-3 employees
- Construction, maintenance and inspection of cable, overhead line and fibre optic networks
- Independent implementation of network construction sites including organisation and execution of cable pulls involving the assigned technicians
- Assembly work in low and medium voltage networks as well as on fibre optic systems
- Coordination of shutdowns and customer notifications
- Material management and reporting
- Assistance in the training of apprentices and support of other teams
- Participation in on-call duty if required

- Completed basic electrical training, ideally as a network electrician EFZ
- Certificate of the Leading Network Technician course (VSE)
- Independent, efficient and precise working style as well as a sense of responsibility
- Commitment, flexibility and team orientation
- Residence in St.Gallen or the surrounding area
- Driving licence category B
