Your tasks
- Management of accounts receivable including monthly closing and monitoring of collections
- Posting of mail and bank transactions as well as collaboration in accounts payable
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and monitoring of liquidity status
- Participation in year-end closing tasks and budgeting process
- Preparation of invoices, statements, statistics, evaluations, and withholding tax applications
- Contact person for questions regarding the financial software Abraxas FIS FinanzSuite as well as assistance in training commercial apprentices and in administrative team tasks
Your profile
- Commercial basic training or comparable education, experience in public administration is an advantage
- Professional experience in financial accounting
- Confident handling of M365 and excellent Excel skills
- High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Team-oriented, resilient, loyal, open-minded personality with a networked way of thinking and assertiveness
