- You take overall responsibility for three restaurants and ensure unforgettable guest experiences with your host personality
- You lead, develop and motivate a team of around 32 employees and promote a positive, high-performance culture
- You ensure smooth daily operations, pay attention to quality, hygiene and safety, and work closely with internal interfaces
- You plan deployments, control costs and are the contact person for clients and guests, always keeping an eye on operational processes
- You actively contribute, shape processes, offers and service quality, and plan special events and special occasions
- Completed gastronomy training and at least 3 years of leadership experience – hotel management school is an advantage
- Basel innkeeper license and category B driving license with own vehicle
- Warm host personality with a hands-on mentality that motivates your team and delights guests
- Business management understanding and experience in dealing with key figures – you have costs, budgets and processes under control

Your place of work is the Syngenta Rosental staff restaurant in Basel. In addition, you manage the Syngenta Stein and Syngenta Münchwilen restaurants. Together with your team, you pamper around 1,000 guests daily.
The market-fresh and varied offer includes five changing menu lines with theme concepts, a rich salad and side dish buffet, an attractive vegetarian offer as well as the Café Monticello with Italian coffee bar, homemade desserts and shop area. The offer is complemented by in-house catering, promotions and special events.
You work Monday to Friday according to the duty roster and show flexibility for special events in the evening or on weekends.
