• Setup, operation and monitoring of modern CNC machines

• Special manufacturing of thermal insulation elements

• Quality inspection and ensuring consistently high quality standards

• Maintenance and care of tools

• Internal coordination and monitoring of delivery dates

• Conducting internal training for employees in the production area

• Professional support for employees in production

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a carpenter EFZ

• Solid knowledge in operating CNC and other woodworking machines

• Independent, precise and punctual working style

• Reliability, commitment and customer orientation

• Experience in quality assurance and dealing with high quality standards

• Enjoyment in passing on expertise and training employees

• Organisational talent for coordinating delivery dates
