Temporary Employee Braiding Cable Production (m/f/d) For our client in Herisau (AR) we are immediately seeking a reliable and technically skilled individual for a 6-month fixed-term assignment (100%).
Your Tasks
Production & Machine Operation: Manufacturing of specialised coils and outer conductors by operating, setting up and monitoring specialised and braiding machines (including coil and material changes).
Quality & MES: Checking and documenting production processes, initiating corrective measures and working with the MES control system for order processing.
Maintenance & Optimisation: Independent troubleshooting, performing minor maintenance tasks as well as autonomous upkeep; contributing to process optimisation.
Qualifications
You bring the following
Training: Machine operator with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or basic mechanical training (e.g. production mechanic, polymechanic).
Experience: Several years of practice as a machine operator in length production (ideally cable production) or in comparable mechanical processes.
Skills: Very good technical understanding, precise working method, good PC and ERP knowledge as well as very good German language skills.
Soft Skills & Flexibility: Team player, resilient, quick comprehension and willingness to work in a three-shift system.
