Specialist / Dispatcher Data Remote Transmission DRT (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You receive fault messages of the DRT and record them in the ERP for scheduling
• In addition, you assist with system and energy optimisation
• You perform evaluations including implementation of optimisations
• The exchange of information with customers and support of service technicians rounds off your demanding area of responsibility

Requirements

• You have training as a refrigeration system fitter or comparable (m/f/d)
• Good IT skills, a good technical understanding and a quick grasp are important
• Do you also describe yourself as responsible, communicative and proactive?
