We ensure the daily operation of sites through integrated and personalized services: technical maintenance (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electricity, industrial refrigeration), general services, cleaning, security, reception, and workspace management.

To ensure the proper technical management and maintenance of our buildings located in the Geneva area, we are looking for our future:

• Technical supervision of buildings : ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, and compliance of technical installations (heating, ventilation, electricity, fire safety, etc.).
•  Management and coordination of external service providers : planning, monitoring, and controlling interventions by contracted companies (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.).
• Monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance operations : setting up and following maintenance schedules, managing technical emergencies, and tracking intervention reports.
• Supervision and support of concierges : organizing work, monitoring service quality, and providing technical support on site.
•  Management of small works and repairs : organizing internal interventions and controlling completed work.
• Administrative and technical follow-up : managing maintenance contracts, budget monitoring of technical costs, and regular reporting to management.
• Safety and compliance : ensuring compliance with safety standards, especially fire safety, and coordinating regulatory inspections.
