Your main tasks:
- Checking, recording, and further processing of supplier invoices, third-party mandate billings, and monthly statements
- Processing, creating, forwarding, and reviewing tickets
- Ensuring the correct billing of all chargeable services
- Preparing offers
- Handling calls and emails as well as being the first point of contact for internal concerns
- Administrative support for operational staff (caretakers, property managers, facility services managers)
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training and professional experience in a comparable role, ideally with knowledge of accounting
- Fluent German skills and very good communication skills
- Very good MS Office skills and a strong affinity for working with various internal systems
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- High customer orientation, service-oriented demeanor, and good manners
- Flexibility for occasional travel within Eastern Switzerland
