Your tasks:
- Processing registrations, changes of address, and deregistrations of residents of Thun
- Personal advice and support for customers on various matters in the area of resident affairs
- Creation and management of documents, confirmations, and certificates
- General administrative tasks and document entry
- Depending on qualifications and suitability, additional advanced tasks in the area of naturalization and sealing services can be taken on
You bring with you:
- Completed training in the commercial field or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in an administrative environment or in customer-oriented service is desired
- Enjoyment in contact with people and a high service orientation
- Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
- IT affinity and confident handling of common IT programs
- Very good German skills and good foreign language skills
