The Landhaus Neuenegg nursing home is located on a hill with a wide view, 10 minutes west of Bern by car. It offers care and support to 64 residents in charming and individual rooms. The home is divided into several living areas for people with light to severe care needs, people with dementia, or in geriatric rehabilitation. With high service quality, responsibility, and mutual respect, we create a climate of trust and togetherness. We are looking for a committed personality as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF as Head Night Watch 80-100% starting January 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your tasks
  • Ensuring high-quality care and support of residents during the night
  • Professional execution of prescribed medical-technical measures
  • Taking responsibility at night together with a nursing assistant
Your profile
  • You have completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or an equivalent qualification
  • You think in networks, act solution-oriented, and keep an overview even in challenging
situations
- You bring a high level of responsibility and resilience and are a flexible personality
