About the job
In acute and transitional care, we support our residents with the aim of promoting their independence and enabling their return home. With your professional expertise and enthusiasm for vocational training, you accompany our apprentices and students on their educational journey while making an important contribution to high-quality care. A thorough introduction, professional coaching, and modern work tools support you in your daily work.
- Person-centred care and support of our residents
- Supervision and training of apprentices and students within the framework of the vocational training function
- First point of contact for questions and concerns of trainees
- Co-responsibility for the smooth running of daily operations
- Participation in KZU project and specialist groups
- Recognising complex and rapidly changing situations and initiating appropriate measures
- Close interprofessional collaboration with therapies, medical service, and other specialist areas
- Completed training as a Certified Health Care Assistant EFZ or registered nurse HF/FH or an equivalent foreign diploma recognised by the SRK
- Successfully completed vocational trainer course or willingness to complete it
- Service-oriented and appreciative working style with a focus on the needs of our residents
- Knowledge of Kinaesthetics, Integrative Validation, and Basal Stimulation is an advantage
- Openness to new things and enjoyment in helping to shape a progressive understanding of care
- Resilient, team-oriented, and flexible personality
