- Strong communication skills in German required.
- Ability to stay calm and proactive in busy situations.

We rely on flexible team members who can work primarily on Saturdays and Sundays on an hourly basis and enjoy working in a 7-day operation. You are also willing to take on additional shifts if needed. The employment is limited until the end of March 2026.
After the training period, you will be able to provide your active support in the cinema according to the duty roster.
- Ensuring a smooth operation in the cinema
- Friendly and competent guest care and advice
- Sale of tickets, vouchers, and various kiosk items
- Entry control and assignment of seats in the cinema
- Compliance with service standards and hygiene guidelines
- Cleaning tasks between screenings
- Inventory management
- Responsibility for the cash register and ensuring correct billing
- Regular shifts on weekends and holidays are not a problem for you
- Ideally, you have some professional experience in the cinema sector (or similar)
- You are communicative and can express yourself fluently in German
- With your cheerful and open manner, you impress our guests
- We can count on you and your independent and service-oriented work style
- Even in hectic situations, you remain calm and act proactively
- As a team player, you show active willingness to help and share your knowledge proactively
- Good manners and a well-groomed appearance are a matter of course for you
