The Kronbühl Foundation promotes, accompanies, and cares for children, adolescents, and adults with severe physical and mental disabilities. The adult women and men live in residential groups of five people each. They receive individual support and assistance for as independent a daily life as possible. This includes a diverse range of activities, work in the workshop, and various therapy offerings.
We are looking for a nurse for one of our two residential groups at our decentralized location in Schwarzenbach near Wil starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks
- Resource-oriented promotion, support, and care
- Responsibility for basic and treatment care in the residential group
- Maintaining medical/nursing documentation
- Collaboration with relatives, doctors, and other professionals
- Designing daily living and leisure activities
- Participation in activities
- Tasks in administration and group household
Profile
- Training as a qualified nurse HF, DN 1, DN 2, FAGE, or MPA
- Career re-entrants are also welcome
- Sense of responsibility, social competence, and empathy
- Organizational and administrative skills and good IT knowledge
- High commitment, flexibility, and resilience
- Enjoyment of teamwork
