Your tasks with us are:
- Consulting: You competently answer inquiries about banking products and services.
- Multichannel: Whether phone, email or messenger – you are where the customers are.
- Digital Guide: You support users in our new e-banking.
- Interface: You forward complex cases (e.g. mortgages) to specialists.
We won’t leave you alone: The first three months you are on site to start safely. Afterwards, home office is possible depending on routine and agreement.
What We Expect
Your field of study is secondary. We are looking for communicative personalities who are not afraid of the phone and are eager to learn new things.
What you bring:
- Status: Enrolled & ready for 50–60% until graduation.
- Languages: Fluent German plus very good French and/or Italian (spoken/written).
- English: Reading comprehension.
- Digital & Social: You move confidently in digital tools and still have a feel for people.
