Senior IT Business Analyst in the SAP SD Area

Tasks

Capture, analyse and optimise end-to-end processes in the SAP SD environment
Act as the central interface between the business department and development - with sound expertise in SAP, e-commerce systems and their integration
Partly coordinate stakeholders from sales, marketing and management as Product Owner and enable viable solutions from their interests
Take end-to-end responsibility for the lead-to-cash process, considering the impacts along the entire value chain
Formulate requirements with high quality and feasibility - technically correct, testable, technically feasible and with clear acceptance criteria

Several years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in sales, order, delivery and/or returns processes
Sound SAP knowledge (SD)
Knowledge in process analysis, requirements management and agile methods
Understanding of interfaces to areas such as logistics/master data/pricing/customer service/e-commerce/finance
