Department: School of Management and Law

Start date: From April 1, 2026, or by arrangement

• Teaching in degree and continuing education programs
• Supervising bachelor, master, and continuing education theses
• Leading and participating in research and service projects (including acquisition)
• Producing scientific publications
• Contributing to the further development of our institute, especially regarding Organizational Design / Organizational Development (& Transformation) and/or Project Management

You hold a master’s degree (MSc), preferably in economics, and have completed a doctorate or are willing to pursue one. You are familiar with Organizational Design (classic, New Work, Beyond Budgeting, Sociocracy, Transformation) or Project Management (agile, classic, project-oriented organizations) from your practical experience and ideally have also engaged with these topics scientifically. You have experience in project management and ideally in participating in research projects.

Curiosity, commitment, team orientation, as well as independent, structured work are among your strengths. You primarily enjoy teaching in German and conducting research in English. Ideally, you already have a didactic qualification (CAS University Didactics).
