- Training / instruction and controlling the professional services in the living groups in collaboration with the team leaders
- Definition of nursing services
- Ensuring professionalism in client documentation / service planning
- Ensuring the quality of the nursing process
- Medication management
- Targeted assumption of services in the living group (independent planning and coordination of upcoming tasks)
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external parties

- A degree as a Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- Empathy and patience in dealing with people with disabilities
- Experience and passion for nursing / medical-technical tasks
- Flexibility, resilience, and an independent, service-oriented working style
- Ideally, experience in supporting people with disabilities
- Good administrative and IT user knowledge
- A pinch of humor
