The Zug Cantonal Hospital serves the health of the population of the Canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1,200 employees, including 180 in training and further education, work in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatients and more than 70,000 outpatients. More than 27,500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency centre.

For our Outpatient Surgery Centre, we are looking for a Specialist in Surgical Technology HF from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Instrument handling and assisting during operations in all specialist fields
Ensuring professional and individual care in the operating theatre
Co-responsibility for the supervision of trainees according to the training contract
Close collaboration with the interdisciplinary medical and operating theatre team

Your Profile

Qualification as Specialist in Surgical Technology HF
Resilient personality who acts thoughtfully and confidently even in challenging situations
High understanding and motivation for interdisciplinary collaboration
