Job Description:
In this role, you will manage the tendering and awarding process and accompany the realization of the work on the construction site from the start of construction to commissioning. Together with the project manager, you will optimize the construction process, create the schedule, monitor costs, and ensure compliance with contractual conditions. As an important part of an interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with internal and external planning and construction management.
What we expect from you:
- Training in the field of high construction with further education as a certified construction manager
- Several years of experience in construction management in Switzerland
- A solution-oriented and goal-oriented personality
- Good communication skills and assertiveness
- Very good application knowledge of IT tools
- An independent, careful, and committed working style
- Good German language skills, as well as additional language skills are an advantage
