In this role as Customer Service Specialist Germany (m/f/d), you work in the Customer Service team from the Swiss headquarters for the German market and act as a central hub between customers, Key Account Management, logistics, IT, and external partners. With your organizational talent, process understanding, and strong customer orientation, you ensure that orders, data, and communication mesh smoothly. Occasional business trips to Frankfurt am Main are naturally part of your daily work.
As part of the Twinings Ovaltine Group and Associated British Foods (ABF), you are part of an international FMCG environment and actively contribute to the further development of our customer service and sales processes for the German market.

- End-to-end order management: Recording, checking, and tracking customer orders in SAP including processing EDI orders as well as ensuring complete and correct mandatory and due dates
- Comprehensive customer care: Professional handling of customer concerns and active communication with customers, internal dispatchers, and external partners
- Interface coordination: Close coordination with logistics service providers, field sales agency, the Key Account Team Germany, and IT in order-relevant processes
- Master data, prices & conditions: Creating, maintaining, and updating customer master data as well as monitoring prices, discounts, and contractual conditions
- Service & process quality: Ensuring a smooth, customer-oriented process along the entire service chain with a focus on prioritization, punctuality, and quality
- Commercial background: Completed commercial training with solid business understanding
- Industry & market experience: Ideally experience in the food industry as well as knowledge of the German market and its requirements
- Sales & service experience: Practical experience in inside sales, customer service, or a comparable customer-oriented function
- Process & coordination strength: High process understanding, organizational talent, and the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel and set priorities clearly
- Personality & attitude: Strong customer and service orientation, teamwork skills, very good communication skills, as well as high commitment, initiative, and sense of responsibility
