Workload: 80% - 100%
We are looking for a committed Registered Nurse HF with case responsibility to start immediately or by arrangement. You will be our contact person for employees on the tour, take responsibility for the nursing processes, and actively help shape the assurance of nursing quality.
Registered Nurse HF with Case Responsibility
Your Tasks
- Case Responsibility & Care Coordination: Managing the nursing processes for our clients, determining the service needs, creating care and assistance plans, ensuring professional nursing care, supporting in complex care situations
- Leadership & Advice: Professional leadership and contact person for employees, support with questions or emergencies, training and guidance of colleagues
- Nursing Assignments: Carrying out nursing assignments with clients, interventions and electronic documentation
Your Profile
- Completed basic training as a Registered Nurse HF
- Several years of professional experience in nursing, ideally with case responsibility
- Independent, responsible and team-oriented working style
- Analytical thinking and quick comprehension
- Good IT user skills
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Enjoyment of administrative and organisational tasks
