Lisa Zanini

• Lisa has been working at Qualitas as a project manager and business analyst since August 2021.
• In the short time since graduating from ETH Zurich in Agricultural Sciences with a focus on Animal Science, Lisa has already gained a lot of experience in the professional world. Her career started with a trainee position in the poultry industry, where she gained insight into a total of four different companies and associations, each for three months. After the trainee programme, Lisa worked at Proviande on the DNA origin check project before being recruited to Qualitas by her former study colleague Nadine. Having completed their entire studies together, Lisa and Nadine now work together in project management at Qualitas.
• At Qualitas, Lisa primarily looks after the pig clients and the calf health service, assists with the claw health project, and is now our contact person for questions regarding the electronic treatment journal or health data.
• Lisa thinks it is great that Qualitas employees come from many different countries, so she does not lose her English. She also greatly appreciates that employees' concerns are taken seriously and that everyone is allowed to contribute. Since Lisa currently lives in Bern, she is also very pleased with Qualitas's great flexibility regarding working from home and can therefore freely arrange her days on site in Zug.
• In her free time, Lisa has been very active in the gymnastics club for years and is involved there as a leader, on the board, and in other roles.
