Your task
- Support of the team leader in organizing and planning all processes in the residential group
- Deputizing in the absence of the team leader
- Individual and resource-oriented care and nursing of our residents
- Active participation in daily nursing activities
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors and therapists
Your profile
- Training as a Nursing Specialist HF
- Professional and leadership experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Communicative and decisive person who appreciates working with elderly people
- Team player
- Good knowledge of German
- Good PC user skills and experience with common IT programs (BESA knowledge is an advantage)
