Your tasks
- Needs-oriented support of residents to develop personal resources and achieve their own goals
- Key worker role for residents with a mental disability (support planning and monitoring of therapeutic measures)
- Accompanying and supporting in various life situations (everyday and crisis situations, leisure activities, social participation)
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and triage with legal representatives, relatives, and professionals from the health and social sectors
- Documentation in the client information system
- Proper preparation, storage, and dispensing of medication
