Landscape Gardener

Are you a qualified landscape gardener with a federal certificate, autonomous and experienced in managing a team and construction sites? This role is made for you!

We are looking for a Team Leader Landscape Gardener with several years of experience to work mainly on landscape creation and development projects.

You will be responsible for organising the site, supervising your team and ensuring the proper completion of the work, while actively participating in various tasks on site.

Your responsibilities

Supervision and management of a team of landscape gardeners
Organisation and allocation of tasks on site
Preparation and monitoring of the site
Execution of landscape creation works
Planting, turfing and greening works
Earthworks and soil preparation
Installation of borders, cobbles, paving and other external features
Construction of terraces, walls and fences
Reading and understanding plans
Monitoring progress and meeting deadlines
Ensuring quality, cleanliness and safety on site
Management of equipment and team requirements

Your profile

Federal certificate of competence in landscaping mandatory
Several years of experience in landscape creation
Proven experience in team and site management
Capable of working independently and taking responsibility
Organised, dynamic and possessing good leadership skills
Precise, careful and professional
Good team spirit and sense of responsibility
Driving licence is a real advantage
