IT Specialist IAM 80 - 100%The Office for Information Technology (AFI) is the IT competence center of the Canton of Zurich. It provides comprehensive services in the area of central IT infrastructure and canton-wide applications for the cantonal administration. As part of the implementation of the new Information and Communication Technology (ICT) strategy, the AFI is also responsible for ensuring identity and access management for seven directorates, the State Chancellery, the middle and vocational schools, as well as for citizens. To strengthen our IAM team in IT security and data protection, we are looking for a motivated IT Specialist IAM.
As an IT Specialist IAM, you will be significantly involved in the provision, expansion, and further development of IAM services. In your role at the Office for Information Technology, you are particularly responsible for:
Your tasks
- Needs-based expansion and further development of IAM services for all user groups
- Provision of established IAM services including
- Service monitoring and conducting
- Operational meetings together with suppliers
- Compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements towards customers and suppliers
- Support of the cantonal Service Desk in handling incidents and problems
- Integration of new applications into the cantonal access management
- Planning and execution of operational changes and demands
- Compliance with architecture and compliance requirements
- Conceptual collaboration in IAM integration and further development projects
Your profile
- Broad knowledge in the areas of identity management, authorization, authentication, Microsoft AD and Azure AD
- Solid IT education at the bachelor level
- Several years of experience in the IAM environment are an advantage; in any case, you bring a high technical system understanding
- Committed, initiative-taking, and empathetic personality
- Goal-oriented, assertive, and confident appearance
- High resilience to hectic situations
- Certifications such as ITIL are an advantage
- Secure German skills and good English skills
