What is my role?

You independently manage a branch and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• You lead and motivate your team and promote the development of your employees

• You take responsibility for sales and results and successfully implement company goals

• You take care of product presentation, assortment design and ensure an appealing shopping experience

• You analyse key figures and derive appropriate measures for optimisation

• You are the contact person for customers and resolve concerns in a service-oriented manner

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed commercial training in retail or have a comparable qualification

• You bring several years of professional experience in retail, ideally already in a leadership position

• You enjoy leading people and bringing a team to success

• You work independently, in a structured way and keep an overview even in stressful situations

• You are communicative, customer-oriented and go through life with a smile

• You are flexible and willing to help out on Saturdays occasionally
