Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the operational restaurant business
- Leadership, training, and motivation of the service and bar team
- Ensuring an excellent guest experience in the restaurant and bar area
- Responsibility for bar operations, drink menu, orders, and inventory management
- Compliance with all hygiene, safety, and legal regulations (including bartender license)
- Staff scheduling and deployment planning
- Monitoring of sales, costs, and material usage
- Active participation in service and at the bar when needed
- Complaint management and maintenance of guest relations
- Collaboration with management to further develop the business
Your Profile
- Completed training or several years of experience in the gastronomy sector
- Several years of experience as a restaurant manager or in a comparable leadership position
- Valid bartender license (mandatory)
- Solid bar experience (cocktails, spirits, beverage organization)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Host mentality, high service orientation, and professional appearance
- Resilience, flexibility, and hands-on mentality
- Good German skills, English is an advantage (additional languages a plus)
