Facility Manager: Allrounder (a)

In this versatile and exciting role, you will support and relieve the operational units as a Facility Manager: Allrounder in Basel.
Your main tasks:
- Ensuring the operation and maintenance of building technical systems (e.g. HVAC)
- Conducting control and safety rounds as well as minor repairs
- Processing and monitoring tickets in the CAFM system
- Analyzing and resolving technical disruptions
- Accompanying, coordinating, and controlling external service providers including acceptance of work
- Obtaining and preparing offers from external providers
- Supporting the operational day-to-day business of facility management
- Functioning as a backup to cover multiple mandates
- Representing the facility managers and participating in on-call duty
Your profile:
- Craftsmanship basic training EFZ (mandatory)
- Further training in facility management or building technology is an advantage
- Willingness for on-call, night, and weekend services (if needed)
- Driving license category B is mandatory
- High sense of responsibility and safety awareness
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Team-oriented, flexible, resilient, and communicative
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
