In this versatile and exciting role, you will support and relieve the operational units as a Facility Manager: Allrounder in Basel.

Your main tasks:

• Ensuring the operation and maintenance of building technical systems (e.g. HVAC)
• Conducting control and safety rounds as well as minor repairs
• Processing and monitoring tickets in the CAFM system
• Analyzing and resolving technical disruptions
• Accompanying, coordinating, and controlling external service providers including acceptance of work
• Obtaining and preparing offers from external providers
• Supporting the operational day-to-day business of facility management
• Functioning as a backup to cover multiple mandates
• Representing the facility managers and participating in on-call duty

Your profile:

• Craftsmanship basic training EFZ (mandatory)
• Further training in facility management or building technology is an advantage
• Willingness for on-call, night, and weekend services (if needed)
• Driving license category B is mandatory
• High sense of responsibility and safety awareness
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Team-oriented, flexible, resilient, and communicative
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
