Tasks
- Professional leadership and support of the service team in the sanitary and heating sector
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of daily service assignments
- Execution of service, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting work on sanitary and heating systems
- Support with complex technical faults as well as commissioning
- Consultation and care of our private and business customers
- Preparation of offers, reports and technical documentation
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards
- Material disposition as well as close cooperation with project management and internal service
- Promotion and further development of employees in the service team
- Continuous optimisation of workflows and service processes
Requirements
- Completed training as a sanitary installer EFZ or heating installer EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in the service sector
- Experience in a leadership or coordinating role is an advantage
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Organisational talent as well as leadership and communication skills
- Good IT user skills and confident handling of digital reporting systems
- Driving licence category B
