Clerk Secretariat 80-100 %

What you can achieve in this position:

• With your organizational talent, you support the departments of Production, Markets & Ecology as well as Economy, Education & International by handling diverse administrative and organizational tasks.
• You assist the managements of the Association of Swiss Potato Producers and the Swiss Association of Sugar Beet Growers with numerous administrative and organizational tasks.
• You coordinate appointments and organize meetings, trips, and conferences.
• You create presentations, write minutes, and independently handle the correspondence that arises.
• You keep our websites up to date and create appealing newsletters.
• You are an important hub at the Bern location for HR, property management, and IT: You coordinate employee events, accompany entries and exits, support emergency organization, and coordinate IT concerns.

What you bring:

• Training as a commercial clerk or equivalent
• Interest in Swiss agriculture
• Native German speaker and good French skills
• High IT affinity with very good MS Office skills
• An independent, reliable, and committed working style
