Unit Secretary for the Management of the Anaesthesiology Department
To complete the current team, the management of the Anaesthesiology Department is looking for its future unit secretary at a rate of 80% - 100% from 01.10.2026 or to be agreed.

The Anaesthesiology Department at CHUV is constantly evolving to adapt to the rapid innovations in therapeutic and diagnostic techniques offered within CHUV. It is one of the largest departments.
The ALG department at CHUV is a key player in coordinating and organising medical and academic activities. By joining our team, you will actively contribute to the smooth running of the department by providing effective administrative support and ensuring a quality welcome.

Mission
- You ensure the department's secretariat, handling routine administrative management, file follow-up and organisation of the department's activities
- You welcome and guide new staff, ensuring effective and smooth integration
- You assist managers in their administrative tasks, including managing schedules, preparing correspondence and monitoring training plans
- You organise announcements for the department's courses and conferences, ensure their dissemination and participate in event logistics
- You ensure the image and good presentation of the reception by guaranteeing clear and effective communication of information
- You manage the department's logistics, including ordering equipment, managing telephones and booking meeting rooms.
Profile
- You hold a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the administrative field
- You master office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and know institutional systems (SOARIAN, AXYA, ARCHIMEDE, DIGISTAT), or are willing to train
- You are rigorous, organised and have an excellent sense of priorities
- You have a good team spirit, fluent communication and a developed sense of service.
