The Department of Aging and Care of the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services primarily for older people in the five senior centers and at the 7 Spitex locations.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and committed professional starting October 1 or by agreement.

Your Tasks

Ensuring the care process of our clients

Taking on case responsibility

All services including night shifts

Analyzing complex care and support situations

Clarifying and coordinating necessary internal and external services

Your Profile

Degree as a dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH

Spitex experience preferred

Independent and responsible working style

Proficient in using IT programs (MS Office, possibly RAI-HC)

Mobile by bike and in possession of a driver's license
