Tasks
- Inpatient, acute psychiatric care of patients
- Active participation in shaping and implementing change processes
- Key person work in the interprofessional team including nursing diagnostics
- Leading patient groups
- Active involvement in the further development of the service
- Assuming the role of vocational trainer
- Training responsibility for nursing students (HF/FH) and apprentices (FaGe) within the service in cooperation with the responsible educational officers of ipw
Profile
- Nursing diploma HF/FH with further education in the educational field (SVEB-1 or higher) or willingness to complete such
- Great interest and enjoyment in interprofessional teamwork on an admission ward
- High professional, social and personal competence
- Flexibility in duty planning and responsible and proactive working style
- Enjoyment and interest in supporting apprentices / students
- Experience in IT applications and good German language skills
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
