About the job
- In our interdisciplinary treatment team, you are responsible for the psychological and psychodiagnostic assessment of our patients in the dementia clinic.
- You work closely with colleagues from other specialist areas as well as with referring agencies to ensure the best possible care for the patients.
- With the support of our service-oriented secretariat, you complete case-related documentation and record the services provided in the hospital information system.
- At our location in Uznach, you actively participate in reports, case discussions, and training sessions and professionally represent Psychiatry St.Gallen externally together with the team.
- You have completed a degree in psychology and have experience in psychological and psychodiagnostic assessment with a focus on dementia.
- Ideally, you hold a degree in neuropsychology or are about to complete your training as a federally recognised neuropsychologist.
- Your interest lies in outpatient, interdisciplinary treatment that is oriented towards the needs of patients and their environment.
- In dealing with people with mental illnesses, you convince through empathy, commitment, and communication skills.
- You enjoy working independently, are open-minded, and appreciate collaboration in a motivated team.
- The position in our team is limited to seven months and is offered as a maternity cover.
