Head Nurse / Registered Nurse, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You lead, coordinate, and create the duty rosters for your ward
• The implementation and design of the nursing process are also part of your demanding role
• Additionally, you ensure accurate and comprehensive nursing documentation
• The correct assessment of care needs and ensuring the quality of care complete your interesting range of tasks
• Furthermore, you may also deputise for the Head of Nursing and Care
• The workload can be between 80% and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have training as a registered nurse at tertiary level HF / FH / DN1 / DN2 / AKP / KWS (for foreign qualifications, SRK recognition is required)
• Targeted leadership training and experience in a managerial role are desirable but not mandatory
• Do you consider yourself well organised, proactive, appreciative, and sincere in communication?
