About the job
We are looking for a
Cook 100% (m/f/d) - Bern BE
Your area of responsibility
- You work in the cold kitchen and responsibly manage your assigned station
- You independently prepare the daily salad buffet and ensure an appealing presentation
- You prepare various desserts with creativity and care and support the team in preparing the breakfast offer
- You take care of the mise en place at your station and ensure a smooth workflow
- You perform general cleaning tasks and comply with all legal standards, hygiene regulations, and internal standards
- You work from Monday to Friday, from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm according to the duty roster. The operation is closed on public holidays and weekends.
Your profile
- Completed cook apprenticeship or comparable professional experience
- Ideally, you have experience from a large kitchen or catering
- You can communicate very well in German and perhaps speak another foreign language
- You are a true team player and contribute to a good atmosphere
- As a host, you have a good sense of what our guests need and expect
