Project Manager Real Estate (80 - 100 %)
This is your job:
- Project management for renovations, conversions, and new constructions of municipal construction projects with a focus on school and administrative buildings
- Managing projects within budget, deadlines, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Planning and project development of condition monitoring and maintenance planning
- Participation in special construction commissions
- Preparation of decision-making bases for the department head and the municipal council
You bring the following:
- Technical training in construction and/or qualified further education in planning, construction, and real estate
- Several years of professional experience in construction/project management of buildings
- Experience in the application of public procurement law, project management, and in the preparation and writing of reports and applications
- Open, friendly personality, as you enjoy contact with people
