Your mission

Prepare construction sites from a technical and financial point of view
Plan construction sites in terms of labor and inventories
Organize construction sites daily
Manage the implementation and monitoring of QSE procedures
Ensure financial monitoring, offer calculation, preparation of additional quotes, measurement of executed work and invoicing
Manage relationships with clients, architects and engineers as well as all stakeholders

Your profile

Federal VET Diploma in construction with site manager training, degree in Civil Engineering (HES/EPF) or equivalent training
Experience in site management in Switzerland
Initiative, autonomy and excellent organization
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all site actors
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
Proficiency in common computer tools
