santé24 is the telemedicine company of SWICA Health Insurance. For the implementation and further development of the online self-help training offer, we are looking for a committed intern.
Since April 2020, santé24 has been offering SWICA-insured persons with psychological complaints scientifically validated online self-help trainings. People who need psychological help can work on their complaints independently of time and place during the training and are personally supported by psychological coaches through written feedback.
Help to expand this innovative offer and thus meet the demand for alternative treatment options for people with psychological complaints.

As an intern, we offer you among other things:
- Close collaboration within the online self-help training team and exchange with the staff of the psychological-psychiatric consultation
- Insight into an innovative psychological/psychotherapeutic field of work and practical application of knowledge from your studies
- Comprehensive insight into telemedical triage, counselling and treatment
- Mandatory presence on Monday, Wednesday morning and Friday, otherwise flexible working hours ensuring joint meeting times and that feedback on processed lessons can be written within two days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Home office by arrangement

This is how you shape health
- Co-selection and admission of SWICA-insured persons to various online self-help trainings (onboarding including test psychological diagnostics and telephone anamnesis interviews)
- Personal support of participants in the form of semi-structured feedback on the processed lessons, chat communication, active contact in case of non-adherent behaviour and completion of the training. Your main task: writing appreciative, motivating feedback on the individual progress of the participants
- Collaboration in the further development of the offer
This is what distinguishes you
- Studying psychology for several semesters (advanced studies)
- Enjoyment in building relationships with training participants in writing and by telephone
- Affinity and professional curiosity for remote counselling (online therapy, telemedicine)
- High written language competence, i.e. a confident, target group-appropriate and flawless written expression
- Good communication skills in German and English; French, Italian or other languages are an advantage
- Responsible, team-oriented personality with a high quality and service mindset as well as good time management
