The Téléverbier Group offers its clients (1 million skier days/year) one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland with its 38 lifts and slopes at 3300m altitude. During the peak season, it employs nearly 500 staff.

To replace the current position holder, we are looking for:
Your missions:
- Define and implement the overall commercial and marketing strategy (B2C and B2B) for the ski lifts and associated services activities.
- Develop the turnover and profitability of the various activities (passes, subscriptions, catering, accommodation, group offers, partnerships, summer/winter diversification).
- Manage pricing policy, yield management, sales plans, and promotional actions.
- Analyze markets, attendance, and customer behaviors to optimize the offer.
- Supervise, motivate, and develop the skills of the commercial, marketing, and customer relations teams.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local tourism, institutional and economic stakeholders.
- Define and monitor performance indicators, provide regular reporting to General Management, and propose corrective action plans.
- Actively contribute to the company’s strategic thinking alongside General Management.
Your profile:
- Higher education in commerce, marketing, management or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a commercial and marketing management role, ideally in the ski, tourism or leisure industry.
- Strong business and strategic culture, ability to manage cross-functional projects in a seasonal environment.
- Assertive leadership, team spirit and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
- Sensitivity to mountain issues, sustainable tourism and customer experience.
- Mastery of CRM tools (Sales Forces), commercial data and digital levers.
- Very good command of the Microsoft environment.
- Knowledge of Sage X3 ERP is a plus.
- Fluency in French is essential; English proficiency is required.
